All renters must hold a valid, unexpired driver’s license matching the person picking up the vehicle. Eligibility is reviewed at owner’s discretion based on the renter, not a fixed age cutoff.
Vehicles use GPS security equipment for theft prevention, vehicle recovery, mileage verification, maintenance, and rental-agreement enforcement. Security equipment may not be removed, disabled, blocked, or tampered with. Device quantity and location are not disclosed.
Ford Edge and Fusion vehicles require 87 Regular. The Jeep Grand Cherokee V8, BMW X3 M40i, and Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 require 93 Premium. Always follow the exact fuel rule shown on the selected vehicle.
Certain high-demand vehicles may require a Future Reservation Fee for advance bookings. The exact fee and applicable terms are shown before you confirm or pay anything. The fee is a separate additional charge and is not part of the rental price or refundable security hold.
After a serious warning light, overheating, smoke, leak, tire issue, loss of power, braking or steering concern, accident, or other unsafe condition, stop as soon as it is safe and use Active Rental Help. Do not continue driving until authorized.
Delivery and collection addresses are distance-verified. A farther address adds the mileage difference. Changes inside the cutoff or outside the normal service area may add a $20 coordination fee; the original plan remains active until approved and paid.

Extension requests must be submitted at least three days before your scheduled return. The owner reviews availability before changing your return date.
