    Choose the exact vehicle, your dates, and pickup or delivery. Sending a request does not charge you or hold the vehicle.

  2. 02 / REVIEW

    We review & confirm

    Every request is reviewed personally. You'll see the exact rate, Refundable Security Deposit, selected services, and applicable terms before payment.

  3. 03 / DRIVE

    Pickup or delivery

    Fuel, odometer, and vehicle condition are documented together at handoff. The agreement confirms your Approved Use Period and Vehicle Return plan.

01 / DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Valid license required.

Authorized Drivers must hold a valid, unexpired driver’s license matching the person picking up the Vehicle. Eligibility is reviewed at owner’s discretion based on the Authorized Driver, not a fixed age cutoff.

02 / VEHICLE SECURITY

Every vehicle is Security Equipped.

Vehicles use GPS security equipment for theft prevention, vehicle recovery, mileage verification, maintenance, and agreement enforcement. Security equipment may not be removed, disabled, blocked, or tampered with. Device quantity and location are not disclosed.

03 / FUEL

Return at pickup level.

Ford Edge and Fusion vehicles require 87 Regular. The Jeep Grand Cherokee V8, BMW X3 M40i, and Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 require 93 Premium. Always follow the exact fuel rule shown on the selected vehicle.

04 / RESERVATIONS

Know when your dates are secured.

Certain high-demand vehicles may require an Advance Reservation Fee for advance bookings. The exact fee and applicable terms are shown before you confirm or pay anything. The fee is a separate additional charge and is not part of the rental price or Refundable Security Deposit.

A Priority Hold can temporarily protect availability while your request is reviewed, under the hold terms shown before payment. An Advance Reservation secures approved future dates under its stated terms. Rental payment alone does not reserve or guarantee the vehicle. Check your secure rental page for your current hold or reservation status.

05 / SAFETY

Stop safely and contact us.

After a serious warning light, overheating, smoke, leak, tire issue, loss of power, braking or steering concern, accident, or other unsafe condition, stop as soon as it is safe and use Active Vehicle Help. Do not continue driving until authorized.

06 / LOCATIONS

Changes require approval.

Delivery and collection addresses are distance-verified. A farther address adds the mileage difference. Changes inside the cutoff or outside the normal service area may add a $20 coordination fee; the original plan remains active until approved and paid.

Request it early.

Request an extension as early as possible, preferably at least three days before your scheduled return. Short-notice requests may be considered, subject to availability and Owner approval. Your existing return deadline remains in effect until an extension is approved in writing.

  • Your current return date stays active until approval
  • Another approved booking may prevent an extension
  • Any additional amount for the Approved Use Period is confirmed before approval
